Retailer training manual
In order to help retailers with proper placing of the energy labels onto appliances, and in understanding its importance from the consumer point of view, the consortium will prepare a retailer training manual, which will be available freely to all types of retailers for their own usage.
All national project partners will approach retailers (individual shops, or chain headquarters, or retailer associations) and will offer the presentation of the training manual.
The document was prepared in May 2012. Please, contact the project organisers if you are interested in using the document for your own purposes!
